NDIS News

National Assistance Cards are now available Australia-wide

Designed for people with autism or a brain injury, National Assistance Cards help communicate individual needs in everyday situations or emergencies.

Cardholders can list how their disability impacts them and include extra details via a QR code—such as a written message or recorded video.

Click the Learn More button to find out more or apply.
Frequently Asked Questions About NDIS Legislation

The NDIA has released an updated FAQ to explain changes to the NDIS Act and the introduction of Support Lists. These lists aim to give participants more clarity when purchasing supports and help providers understand what’s claimable.

At Pacific Plan Management, we stay up to date with all changes so you don’t have to — ensuring your invoices are processed correctly and your plan works for you.

Office Locations

At Pacific Plan Management, we love meeting our participants and their families — and to make sure we can give you the time, care, and attention you deserve, we kindly ask that all visits be by appointment only.

Our locations:
📍 Illawarra
📍 Shoalhaven
📍Macarthur

Please Note: Some of our offices are up a few flights of stairs, which may make access difficult for some visitors. We’re committed to accessibility, and we’re always happy to arrange a meeting at a nearby café or another location that suits you best. Just get in touch — we’ll make it work!

      Getting Social

Smash Lab

Team Bonding, but make it Smashy…

Last Wednesday, the Pacific Plan Management team headed to Smash Lab — because sometimes, you just need a little smash therapy! Between invoices, emails, and endless cups of coffee, we figured it was time to let off some steam. We’re so lucky to work with a team that supports each other and knows how to mix business with a bit of fun.

Able Plus Expo

We had such a great time attending not one, but two fantastic Able Meet events this July in Campbelltown and Shoalhaven.

It’s always a pleasure to connect with the NDIS community — chatting with participants, providers, families, and support teams who all share the same passion for inclusion and support.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by for a chat — we loved meeting you!
