Updated Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits Guide 2025-26

The NDIS has released its updated Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits Guide 2025-26, (formerly known as the Price Guide), which came into effect on 1 July 2025.

The guide helps participants and providers understand how price controls for supports and services work in the NDIS. These guidelines ensure value for money and outline what can be claimed.

How to Download your NDIS Plan

As your NDIS Plan Manager, one of our key responsibilities is handling your invoices — ensuring your service providers are paid promptly and that all claims align with your NDIS plan. That means less admin stress for you!

To make sure everything is billed correctly and charged to the right categories, we’ll need a copy of your current NDIS plan. This helps us confirm that all supports fall within your approved funding and limits.

Changes to Funding Periods

On May 19, 2025, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) introduced a new approach to how participant funding is made available during the life of a plan. While the total amount of funding hasn’t changed, the timing of when you can access those funds might look a little different going forward.

Thank You for Making Our Bowling Day a Striking Success!

We had an incredible afternoon at our 2nd Annual Bowling Day for All Abilities, filled with laughter, connection, and plenty of STRIKES (for some!).

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us — participants, support workers, and local providers. It was so special to see our community come together, cheer each other on, and enjoy a fun and inclusive afternoon.

At Pacific Plan Management, we love hosting events like this as our way of giving back to the amazing community we’re so proud to be part of. It’s more than just a game of bowling — it’s about building friendships, creating memories, and celebrating all abilities.

Caffeine Connections

End of Year Cocktail Party

Care Done Differently and National Disability Care are hosting an end-of-year Cocktail Party to raise much-needed funds for the Black Dog Institute.

There will be silent auctions and raffles on the night, and Pacific Plan Management is proud to donate one of the auction items for the event.

All proceeds raised will go directly to the Black Dog Institute to support their vital work in mental health research and support services.
