SIL & Platform Providers: Mandatory Registration from July 2026

Mandatory registration for Supported Independent Living (SIL) and platform providers will begin from 1 July 2026. All providers delivering these NDIS-funded supports will be required to register with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Office Closure - Australia Day

Please note that our office will be closed on Monday, 26th January 2026 for the Australia Day public holiday. We will reopen as usual the following business day. As always, emails will be responded to as soon as possible once we’re back.


 
Invoice Follow -Up Reminder

Please allow 7 days to process your invoices.
 
If you do not receive payment or a response within 7 days, feel free to call us as we may not have received your invoice.
Yes, we do normally pay much quicker than 7 business days,
but delays can happen so please allow 7 days. Following up with us within 7 days only slows us down. We understand that you want to get paid ASAP, rest assured we will process your invoice and payment as quickly as possible.

We also kindly ask that all communication with our team remains respectful, so we can continue providing the best service to everyone.
