Meet Jess

We’re thrilled to welcome Jess to the Pacific Plan Management team!

Jess joins us with previous experience in NDIS Plan Management, bringing valuable knowledge and a strong understanding of how to support participants in getting the most out of their plans.

She is also a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in the Illawarra region, providing NDIS counselling services to children, teens, and adults.

Jess’s background in counselling gives her a deep understanding of the challenges many people face, as well as the importance of compassionate, person-centred support. Combined with her Plan Management experience, she is a fantastic addition to our team and the participants we support.

We’re so excited to have Jess on board and can’t wait for everyone to meet her!

Mental Health Check

This week, the Pacific Plan Management team took some time out to reset and experience 9D breathwork at Quantum Breath of the Rising Soul — conveniently located right near our office.

As part of our commitment to team wellbeing, we’ve been coming together once a month to try different activities that support our mental health and personal growth. These sessions not only help us recharge, but also give us practical tools we can carry into both our work and personal lives.

We had a great time learning something new, and it set us up feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead.
