NDIS Pricing Update Effective 24 November 2025

The NDIS has released updated Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits to help participants and providers better understand how price controls for supports and services work within the scheme.

What’s changing:

• Price limits on
Art and Music Therapy.
• Updated claiming process for
COVID items.
• Changes to the
Modified Monash Model (MMM)
• Updates to the
Specialist Disability Accommodation Calculator.
• Keeping
Assistive Technology, Home Modifications and Consumables in line with the NDIS Supports List.

Price regulation is designed to make sure participants continue to receive value for money and the supports they deserve.

Celebrating 6 Years of Pacific Plan Management!

In October we were proud to mark the 6 year anniversary of Pacific Plan Management.

From a small team of 2 to now a passionate team of 9 — with offices across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, and Macarthur regions — we couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come.

Over the past six years, we’ve grown, learnt, and connected with so many incredible people within our community. Our purpose has always remained the same: To provide genuine, personalised NDIS Plan Management support that makes life easier for participants and their families.

As a proudly local small business, we believe in keeping things personal — when you call or email us, you’re always speaking to a real person who cares.
As we look to the future, we remain committed to making NDIS Plan Management easy, efficient, and stress-free for all.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. Here’s to continuing to grow, connect, and make a difference — together!

Registered or Unregistered NDIS Providers — What’s The Difference?

The NDIS is evolving, with new rules around provider registration and oversight, especially for higher-risk supports like SIL and Support Coordination. These updates impact both registered and unregistered providers, making it more important than ever to understand your options.

With Plan Management, you can access both — giving you more choice and control.

Read our latest blog for a simple guide to help you understand your options.
What is I-CAN

The NDIA is introducing a new assessment tool, I-CAN v6 (Instrument for Classification and Assessment of Support Needs), to make the NDIS planning process simpler and fairer. It focuses on each participant’s support needs, not just functional impairments - helping people with disability and their families navigate the NDIS more easily.

Short Term Respite

The NDIA has updated its Short Term Respite guidelines, replacing the previous Short Term Accommodation name. This support gives participants a break from usual care arrangements while helping primary carers continue in their role.

Getting Social

Caffeine Connections
We had 2 amazing events last month hosted by Caffeine Connections.

The first was the End of Year Cocktail Party which raised over $9,000 for the Black Dog Institute. Pacific Plan Management was proud to donate a silent auction item… and yes, we may have accidentally won one too 😉

As well as attending the Final Caffeine Connections for 2025 at Georgia Rose Café in Shell Cove. We cant wait to see what 2026 has in store for Jack and Caffeine Connections.

Wollongong Able Meet

Lisa and Sarah attended the October Able Meet in Wollongong. It was a great opportunity to meet so many wonderful participants and members of the community.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello — we loved connecting with you all!
