NDIA Announces Co-Design Reset to Better Support Participants

The NDIA has announced a co-design reset to improve how it works with people with disability, families, and advocates to improve the NDIS.

Based on community feedback the reset aims to focus on what matters most – ensuring the voices of people with a disability continue to shape the NDIS.

Bunnings Expands its Product Range for Disability Support

Service Agreements -  Why They Matter

The NDIA recommends having a written Service Agreement so that both participants and providers clearly understand what has been agreed upon.

Service Agreements help ensure that the participant and provider share the same expectations regarding the supports that will be delivered and how they will be provided.

For Plan Managers, Service Agreements are crucial because they outline the agreed-upon services, allowing us to allocate and manage funds correctly, ensuring each participant's budget is used appropriately.

Able Meet Campbelltown and IDO Expo

In April, our team had the pleasure of attending two fantastic Disability Expos: Able Meet in Campbelltown and the Illawarra Disability Options Expo in Fairy Meadow.

We had such a great time connecting with both new and familiar faces. Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat — we loved hearing your stories and sharing what we do at Pacific Plan Management.

These events are always a wonderful reminder of the strength and spirit of our community.
