New Registration Requirements for SIL and NDIS Digital Providers
From 1 July 2026, new registration requirements have come into effect for Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers and NDIS digital platform providers. These providers must be registered, or have applied for registration, by 1 October 2026.
If you currently receive SIL supports, it may be worth checking with your provider about their registration plans. The NDIS has advised that your plan and funding will remain unchanged, and support will be available if you need assistance finding a new provider.
If you have any questions, contact the NDIS on 1800 800 110

NDIS Pricing Changes Now in Effect
From 1 July, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has introduced its latest NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Pricing Limits, including updates to both pricing and provider claiming processes.
The annual review sets the maximum prices that both registered and unregistered providers can charge for many NDIS-funded supports. While some professions have received price increases this year, many support categories have seen pricing remain unchanged or, in some cases, reduced.
There are also important administrative changes. Travel, non-face-to-face supports (such as report writing and case notes), and cancellation claims must now be submitted as separate line items using updated support item codes.
If you're an NDIS participant, it's worth speaking with your providers to understand whether these changes will affect the cost or delivery of your supports. If any updates are required to your service agreement, your provider should discuss these with you before making any changes.

Mental Health Activity – Reformer Pilates
|
|
|
|
|
|
We thought we were signing up for an easy Pilates session… Pilates had other ideas!
Last week, the team gave Reformer Pilates a try and quickly discovered that balance, flexibility, and core strength are not as easy as they look.
There were shaky legs, questionable coordination, and plenty of laughs along the way. A few days later, we're still discovering muscles we forgot we had—but it was absolutely worth it.
We had a great time and enjoyed stepping away from our desks to do something positive for our physical and mental wellbeing.

Able Plus - Canberra, Kiama and Melbourne
Last month, members of our team attended several Able Plus events across three different states. Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat—we loved meeting so many participants, providers and support coordinators.
Gerard was proudly flying the Pacific Plan Management flag in Canberra, with the event lining up perfectly with State of Origin Game 2, making it an even more exciting day!
We're looking forward to attending more events throughout the year and continuing to connect with providers and participants across the country. Luckily, our next event is a little closer to home in the Shoalhaven!
